我住過上百家飯店，稱不上最奢華但應有盡有且衛生乾淨，另外置物的地方很多；健身房還提供自由重量及啞鈴等的器材，這些是在其它飯店看不到的，相當滿意這次入住體驗，服務品質也超好可以提早入住！這點超讚！

Geweldig verblijf bij The James Rotterdam! Ik heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf bij The James. Het hotel is stijlvol ingericht met een moderne, warme uitstraling. De kamer was schoon, het bed lag heerlijk en de badkamer was luxe en netjes. Wat voor mij echt het verschil maakte, was het vriendelijke personeel. Iedereen was ontzettend behulpzaam en gastvrij – je voelt je meteen welkom. De lounge is mooi ingericht met gezellige zitjes, retro details zoals een platenspeler, en een handige self-service bar met snacks en drankjes. Er is geen traditioneel restaurant, maar in de buurt zijn genoeg leuke plekken om te eten. Pluspunten: • Centrale locatie • Comfortabele kamer • Supervriendelijk personeel • Stijlvolle inrichting • Fijne self-service faciliteiten Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden voor een steden訂房網站 of zakenreis in Rotterdam!

Perfect location to explore the city. It’s within walking distance to the central train station. The 24hr food bar on the second floor is also helpful when you want some snacks or even a meal in the late night when the stores are all closed outside.

非常舒服的酒店，距離中央車站大約8分鐘路程，附近有很多超市和食肆，也有地鐵站在附近。酒店職員非常友善。

房間裡類似洗衣粉的味道比較大，房間比較小（至少我住的很小，兩個人根本轉不過來），通風比較差，介意的慎重。 酒店在沒有任何通知的情況下扣款按金，直到查賬單去詢問的時候才解釋為什麼扣款。解決爭議時，前一天説已經過了近一個月沒有證據，繼續申訴，第二天發來“證據照片”，抹去了所有照片屬性（最重要的拍攝時間），作為服務行業的酒店非常不專業。申訴多次依舊不退款，謹慎入坑。

Ein viel zu dunkles Hotel,eine kleine Eingangstür,an der Rezeption sprach keiner Deutsch,dann 100 Euro Kaution für Nichts (hoffentlich werden die nicht wirklich abgebucht) und das Zimmer ist ein Witz.Das Bett so nah an der Türe,sehr kleiner Raum,Duschen erschwert,da Seifenspender nicht funktionierte. NightClub-Athmosphäre,alles viel zu dunkel Und beim Check-Out keine Rückfrage,ob alles okay war. Nie wieder,deswegen auch den bereits gebuchten November-Aufenthalt storniert.
